Dedication of "Soaring Spirit" Sculpture in the Art Park

Artist Sara Balbin who hails from Drummond, Wisconsin has created a magnificent metal eagle sculpture commissioned by Karen and Glenn Jacobson, in loving memory of their son Nels who was tragically killed in 2005. This powerful eagle, looking to the skies, has been given on long term loan by the Jacobsons to WOW Inc. to become the first sculpture in the Art Park. The park is small but definately growing. The creative landscaping from About the House Landscaping, Wittenberg, contributes to the beauty of the park.

The WOW Art Park has grown in size and now has many new features for visitors. There are new walking paths where many will enjoy the little critters they may find, as well as many places to sit and enjoy the scenery."
