For the fourth year, Roger and Margaret Chase have contributed their time, talent, and trees to create a popular family event--wreath making in the WOWSPACE. They spend hours cutting branches, hauling branches, sometimes in freezing weather, to provide the raw materials for the creation of lush, full wreaths. Roger operates the wreath making machine; Margaret wires bows, cones, ornaments and helps customers, young and old, decorate their wreaths. One family drives every year from Appleton to create their wreaths! More than 150 wreaths were sold this year.
The first annual Craft Show was a complete success under the able direction of Pam Lorbiecki. The displays were colorful; the quality was outstanding; and customers were able to find unusual and attractively priced gifts for family and friends. With a waiting list of crafters who want to participate, this will clearly become an annual holiday event in the WOWSPACE.
